We are hiring a part-time Janitor/Maintenance Associate (Technician).

The Barry Community Foundation is in search of a highly motivated and organized individual who takes pride in their work. The Maintenance and Custodial Associate position is a part-time position with infrequent evening and weekend responsibilities.

The desired candidate should have:
* the ability to work well with the community, BCF staff and building tenants
* a working knowledge of general maintenance areas such as plumbing, electrical, painting and general repair.
* a desire to keep grounds and building clean and looking immaculate.

Pay range is $17-19 per hour based on skill level/experience.
